SELF PAY

You will be contacted prior to your procedure with an estimated cost for you surgery.  A same day discount may be offered if payment in full is received on or before the date of surgery.  Otherwise, a down payment equal to 1/3 of the total estimated amount due is expected.  You will be asked to complete a financial agreement.  The remaining balance will be due within 90 days from your date of service. 

SELF PAY – COSMETIC SURGERY  - ELECTIVE SURGERY

If arrangements have not been made directly with your surgeon, payment in full is due on or before the date of surgery.  There is no discount for cosmetic surgeries.
